Guidelines for Submissions
Abstract: 100-150 words in English. Please include positions, affiliations, and email addresses for all authors. Please use Times New Roman 12-point font size, single spaced.
Panel proposals reflecting the conference theme or topic areas may be submitted. Panel proposals should include title of panel, a 100-150 word abstract of each panelist's paper (as above). Panel proposals must include positions, affiliations, email addresses for all authors. Please use Times New Roman 12-point font size, single spaced.
The subject of the email should be written in the following format: Your name_Affiliation
Abstract Review Guidelines
All abstracts and proposals will be evaluated according to the following criteria:
Is the topic area important and relevant to one or more stated themes of the Conference?
Are the aims of the study clearly stated?
Is the research design appropriate to address the research aims?
Are the research methods clearly described?
Are the main research findings clearly described?
How important are the research findings?
Is the abstract well written and structured overall?
Reviewers will be asked to mark each abstract for all the above criteria on a scale of 1-5 and make an overall recommendation to accept, accept if space allows, or reject.
A high scoring submission will:
Identify an important and original topic or issue
Describe a clear research aim or focus
Offer a clear description of research design and methods
Include findings that are trustworthy and relevant to the research communities
Presented in a clear and well-organized style

Conference Registration
Deadline: Submit abstracts and panel proposals by 27 November 2022.
Proposals Acceptance: Scholars will be informed of acceptance decisions before or by 13 January 2023.
Conference Programme: Information will be emailed and available online by or before 28 February 2023.
Conference Working Language: Abstracts should be submitted using English. Oral presentations could use English or Chinese.
